Terms & Conditions

For every business to be successful and possible, there would be some terms and conditions that we would like our customers to take note of.  We seek your understanding in this matter.  Kindly go through the following T/C and order only if you are comfortable with the terms.

1. All Bulk Purchases (BP) are pre-order from overseas suppliers.

2. Arrival of the items would depend on individual supplier. Therefore, it can range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks after BP is closed - orders are placed only if you are able to wait for the shipment!

3. Kindly note that only paid orders are taken. Please transfer payment to us once BP/your order is confirmed. If for some reasons, you are not able to make payment by the stipulated time and is really interested in the products, please let us know so that additional grace period can be given - case to case basis.

4. For ready stock, we would reserve your items for 2 days.  If payment is not made within the 2 days, your items would be released to the next customer in line.  If you are unable to make payment with 2 days and is really interested in the products, please let us know so that additional grace period can be given - case to case basis.

5. All prices are inclusive of overseas shipping costs and is quoted in Singapore Dollars.

6. No cancellation or exchange of items is allowed after payment is made. Full refund will be given if BP is unsuccessful or item selected is out of stock (OOS).


7. Please check your items immediately upon receipt.  Exchange of items is only possible if the size does not fit and your preferred size is available for exchange.  Kindly arrange for the item to be mailed back to us within 3 days of receipt.  Please note that items for exchange must be returned to us in their original packaging and all tags (if any) must be in place.  Exchange is not allowed if the item has been worn or washed.  All postage costs involved in the exchange would be bear by the customer.

8. Please check your items immediately upon receipt as all items sold are non-refundable unless defects are detected.  Kindly arrange for the item to be mailed back to us within 3 days of receipt.  Please note that items for refund must be returned to us in their original packaging and all tags (if any) must be in place.  Refund is not possible if the item has been worn or washed.  All postage costs involved would be bear by the customer.  Please be informed that we do not entertain any refund requests after 7 days of receipt.

9. Payment + postage (if any) can be made to POSB Savings Account: 058-71329-5 once you have placed your orders. Please indicate your forum nick/name when transferring through Internet Banking. For payment via ATM, kindly email us your reference number, date and time of transfer. 

10. Little AngelStar will not be responsible for item lost or damaged in transit, therefore Registered Post is highly recommended.
